Located in central Manitoba, in a farming community, we started up as a company to provide neighbours with a place to come when things got worn, broke down and needed fixing.  We specialize in doing custom work.  Starting as a small business in a farming community has provided us with valuable experience due to a variety of different and unique challenges that would arise with machinery, equipment and such, that needed repairing.  Over time we invested in a CNC plasma/Flame, to provide us with a leading edge in cutting and to supply more accurate parts to all of our customers.  From than we grew into an enterprise that is willing to work with any customer, farmer or business to provide them with any cutting, welding service they may need.

Capabilities:

With our CNC plasma/flame we have the capability to cut sheets up to 288” x 96” in size.  It contains Hypertherm consumables and technologies.  We can cut mild steel up to a thickness of 6”, stainless steel up to 1 ¼ “, and with aluminum up to 2”.  We can also provide you with saw cutting, material sales, sandblasting, machining, break and shear work.

With our 3D CAD drawing program and our 2D (AutoCad) we can provide you with accurate drawings.  We use ProNest software to accurately nest parts.  We do accept .dxf files if you do prefer to draw the parts yourself, or have them on hand.
